Phase 3 : Construction Documentation
3.1 | Regarding final design content to issue detail itemize quotation and to negotiate finalize contract |
3.2 | Finalizing design information to produce all relevant construction drawings and documents |
3.3 | Submit all relevant drawings, material sample and documents for Client approval |
3.4 | Co-operate with Client, specific vendors and Building’s Nominated contractors to consolidation master construction programme |

Phase 4 : Project Construction
4.1 | Programmed site visit and to monitor overall project phases in timely |
4.2 | Review and inspect to all workmanship, materials and installation for conformance with critical client decisions and design intent and correct and approve as need |
4.3 | Pre-inspection with Client prior to occupancy and issue defect list |
